In my 60 years of life, this may be the earliest I have ever finished a Christmas quilt.
Amid all the uncertainty in the world, I choose to find peace in my own home, with my quilt and with the passion that brings me joy.
I pray that we may all draw closer to one another like pieces of fabric stitched together, different in their own ways, yet still able to create something warm and whole.

Today my patriotic collection has a very special new piece.
This quilt was not made by me, but gifted to me by my dear friend. And honestly, some gifts warm your heart the moment you receive them.

This table runner reminds me of the old wooden kitchen table, where morning sunlight used to fall softly through the window.
The bright yellow sunflowers on the blue background feel like little pieces of summer sunshine laid across the table.

If Grandma walked into the house right now, she would probably look at this wreath, give a slow little nod, and say:
“Alright, the door has spirit. Now we still need pie, flowers, candles, and at least three more decorations.”

This wreath has me so excited. With that star in the center and all the red, white, and blue fabric around it, I just have to ask:
