Nine years ago today, we lost the original Batman, Adam West. While we’re an anime-focused shop, we never forget the heroes and storytellers who helped shape modern geek culture. The worlds of manga and anime didn’t emerge in a vacuum—they were built alongside generations of comic books, superheroes, and cinematic pioneers who inspired fans across the globe. Every great story starts somewhere.
