State Fair antics!!! We sold 4 cases of Christmas in a Cup, manned a tasting booth giving out free samples opening day and this past Saturday! We entered one of our Canaan fir trees in the tree contest and we took 2nd place in the for division! Everything went very well, until Saturday Aug 22, when John, not once, not twice, but three times fell down on his back and shoulder. He "toughed it out" and we stayed at the Indiana Christmas Tree Growers booth until 3:45 when he finally agreed it was time to head to MHP where we found out he compressed a vertebrae, had a concussion, and a few bumps and bruises. He was fortunate, no brain bleeding. Lots of highs and lows, but all in all, we are very blessed and grateful for all of our "experiences "!

Our little 7 foot Canaan fir took 2nd place at the Indiana State Fair!!!! We are so excited!!!! We are returning to do taste testing at the fair on August 22 from 11 am to 3pm then we will be at the Christmas Tree Growers booth until 8pm!!! Come see us!!!
