🌿 **AUTHENTIC 231 IS HIRING — BUDTENDER**

We’re looking for the right person to join our team in Manistee.

We want someone who is great with people, dependable, comfortable recommending products and genuinely cares about giving customers a good experience.

Cannabis experience is a plus, but it’s not the only thing we’re looking at. Strong retail, restaurant, hospitality or sales experience can translate very well.

**We’re especially interested in applicants who have experience with:**
• Retail or customer service
• Sales and product recommendations
• Cash handling / POS systems
• Opening or closing a business
• Shift lead or supervisory responsibilities
• Working independently and taking ownership when needed

We can teach product knowledge. We’re looking for someone reliable, sharp, personable and ready to be part of the team.

Must meet all Michigan requirements for employment in a licensed cannabis retail facility. Weekend and evening availability is important.
