Dreaming Willow Spotlight

Have you tried their Sourdough Bread yet?!

What's the hype about Sourdough? -"The yeast formed in a Sourdough Starter is a naturally occurring yeast that pairs with lactic acid bacteria during the fermentation process breaking down complex starches, gluten proteins, and anti-nutrients."
Why the heck is all of this good? "With the naturally occurring products of sourdough this results in better mineral absorption, gentler digestion, and sourdough is even a lower impact on your blood sugar levels."
-Erin Zachow

Tomorrow's the big day...stop in 5 - 9 p.m. during our Glow & Gather event! While they last on the fresh sourdough items, or contact them today if you'd like to have something put aside to pick up tomorrow.
