I last shared in 2022...and I continue to keep this page because of the connections, memories, and reminder that hard work can change any dream into a reality...including even bigger challenges and changes than you ever thought possible. After working out of town for the last several years, I've come back with better skills, knowledge, and maybe a little more transparency about myself with a focus on health and a continued belief that we can all achieve amazing things. I have been for the last several years and continue to practice as a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, NCC, ASDCS, ADHD-CCSP) and have a caseload that focuses on neurodivergence, midlife, women's issues, and those with trauma and big changes happening now or on the horizon. I am also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and am Trauma Informed Weight Lifting Certified (TIWL) because movement matters to mental health, including my own.
