🎡✨ Fair week is finally here! ✨🎡

There’s just something special about the Blue Earth County Fair. The smell of fresh fair food, the sounds of laughter and live music, kids making memories on the rides, livestock shows, exhibits, games, and running into friends you haven’t seen in a while, it’s one of the best traditions of summer.

If you’re looking for something to do this week or weekend, make plans to spend a day at the fair. Come hungry, enjoy all the amazing food vendors, and don’t forget to stop by Tropical Sno Mankato for a refreshing shaved ice or one of our fresh-squeezed lemonades. 🍧🍋

Wishing everyone a nice holiday weekend.

We’ve decided after some last minute unexpected changes, to take the long weekend for some much needed family time and relaxation.

We love serving you all our shaved ice, and fresh squeezed lemonade. Our family business would not be what it is, or where it is without each and every one of you. Just know we appreciate you all so much! When we started 4 years ago we never imagined how far we’d come.
