✨Easy Mongolian Chicken and Noodles✨

1. Cook 12 ounces of fettuccine pasta per package directions. You can use whatever kind of pasta you would like though. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water.
2. To a large skillet add a 1/2 stick of butter. Once melted cook 1 1/2-2 pounds of cubed up chicken thighs. Season well however you’d like. Also add a tablespoon of corn starch and mix well. Cook 3 minutes on medium to high heat. Then flip and cook another 3 minutes. Then add around 8 ounces of sugar snap peas. Toss around 3-5 minutes.
3. To a separate bowl add 3/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce, 2 teaspoons of ginger, and 1-2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes(if you like spice) and 1-2 tablespoons of corn starch. Mix this until well combined.
4. Add that mixture to your cooked chicken.
5. Now take the 1 cup of pasta water and add it in. Set the heat to medium to high until it starts to boil. Then lower it and keep stirring.
6. Now add your cooked pasta. Keep stirring until well combined. Your noodles and meat will soak up a lot of the sauce. Takes maybe 5 minutes.

✨Frisco Melt Sloppy Joes on Garlic Bread✨

1. Bake your garlic toast per package directions 8 pack.
2. Make your sauce by adding 3/4 cup thousand island dressing, 1/2 cup French dressing, a couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce, and 3 TBSPS ketchup. Mix well and set aside.
3. Cook 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef in a skillet. Season with burger seasoning. Drain grease.
4. When finished cooking add 1/4 cup beef broth, 1 TBSP corn starch, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, and 3/4 cup of the sauce you made. (You can add more or less sauce if you want) Mix well and heat up.
5. When the garlic bread is finished cooking take out and assemble.
6. First put 1/2 a slice of American cheese on each of the garlic toast then about 4 Tbsps of your meat mixture, and top with one slice of Swiss cheese.
7. Bake an additional 4-5 minutes
8. Enjoy!

1 pound ground beef
1 onion diced
Burger seasoning
3/4 cup thousand island dressing
1/2 cup French dressing
3 TBSP ketchup
Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP corn starch
1/4 cup beef broth
3 slices American cheese
6 slices Swiss cheese
