***SHOP POLICIES***
PLEASE READ AND INITIAL ON THIS POST ONCE YOU HAVE READ THE POLICIES!
*Refunds:
There will be no refunds on any custom orders. However, if there is an issue with your item(s) that is our fault we will make it right as long as the issue is brought to our attention within {7} days of you receiving your item(s).
*Logos/Brands:
We will NOT use any copyrighted logos or brands that do not belong to you, or that you do not have permission to be using. This is illegal. If you have an idea of what you are wanting we will try our best to recreate the design into something of our own that we can use legally.
*Custom Orders:
All custom orders must be prepaid prior to being made. We will not start any custom orders until payment has been received. All custom orders will be made in the order that we have received the payments.
*Pricing:
All prices will vary depending on the items, designs, materials, colors, sizes, our time etc.
*Shipping:
If your item(s) are needing to be shipped, an added shipping cost will be calculated into your total. Shipping cost will be based on weight and number of items.
*Discounts:
Unless other wise stated, we will not be offering discounts on our items. If you are needing a bulk order we may discuss the details of that specific order.
*Payments:
All invoices will be sent via email. We will accept payments on Venmo, cashapp, Facebook messenger, or cash. {Cash is for local pickups only}
