Hey everyone! Happy New Comic Book Day! 🎉

We’ve had a lot of growth in our comic book subscriber base, and we truly appreciate all of the support! A huge thank you to everyone who stays current with their subscriptions and consistently picks up their books in a timely manner. We appreciate you!

We also wanted to send out a friendly reminder regarding comic subscriptions and preorders that are falling behind.

When you preorder comics through our comic geeks app, you’re committing to picking them up at least once every 30 days. We strongly prefer pickups every other week whenever possible.

These books are special ordered specifically for you, which means we’ve purchased them with the expectation that they will be picked up. Because of that, we need everyone to stay current with their pickups and payments.

Unfortunately, we cannot continue ordering and holding comics indefinitely for accounts that are more than 30 days behind. If an account remains inactive or unpaid, we may need to deactivate the subscription, return the books to the shelves, and take reasonable steps to recover our costs.

We want to continue offering a great subscription service to everyone, and keeping accounts current helps us do that!
