Honey-Roasted Sweet Potato Truffle made with local honey and local sweet potatoes. The bees have a communal sort of ‘hive’ mentality to gather pollen and make honey. The sweet potatoes are a bit lazier, preferring to sit on the couch most days.

But the resulting truffle is superb, and you should try it.
