Finding beauty in the broken.

These magnets and bottle openers were made from cracked and broken stone crab claw pieces I couldn’t bring myself to throw away. I love being able to give those pieces a second life and make sure as little as possible goes to waste. ♻️

There’s so much beauty in nature that we don’t even notice. 😍

Stone crab claws are a perfect example! Most people crack em, eat em & toss the shell without ever really looking at it. But the colors and patterns are SO damn pretty. Orange, cream, brown, black, speckles, fades, all of it. And every claw is different.

Mother Nature really did her thing with these. 🦀

That’s part of what I love about Trapline Co. I get to use the whole thing. The full claws, the broken pieces, the little fragments, all of it can be turned into something instead of just getting thrown away.

Just another way of giving the claw a second life.
