Please stop &: try them. If you like them, they are available in a 1/2 dozen order. You will find them on the shelf.

**Samples have been dropped off, there about 30 small samples.**

If you have not purchased the Hojarascas yet (new item), or have never tasted them before, stop by Main St Mercantile tomorrow afternoon after 1pm.

I will be dropping off tiny sample bags for you to try and hopefully love them and make a purchase.

They are traditional Mexican shortbread cookies made with a cinnamon and sugar coating. My version is a healthier option, traditionally made with lard or shortening. This version is made with Organic coconut oil and no eggs.

As always, my treats are made with quality ingredients that you can pronounce and are better for you. No preservatives or additives, nothing artificial,. So when you purchase a treat from "Les Créations d'Abigail", you are getting a better for you dessert.

Enjoying the fruits of my labor, Quiche Florentine. That is the flakiest crust I have ever made. It's the Pâte Brisée, magnifique!

The dropoff at the Mercantile is complete. Running a little behind today.

There is a restock of the mini pies: apple, strawberry, pumpkin & pecan. There is a limited quantity of each. The apple & strawberry are on the shelf and the pumpkin and pecan are in the refrigerator.

New items added: Hojarascas (Mexican shortbread cookies), sold by 1/2 dozen quantities.

Also new are the Petite Quiches: "Quiche Aux Champignons" (traditional French quiche with mushrooms) & "Quiche Florentine" (traditional French spinach quiche). They are located in the refrigerator.

They may be petite but they are loaded with traditional quality French ingredients starting with the "Pâte Brisée (crust), both have Swiss & Gruyere cheese along with my twist to the recipe. I added fresh rosemary & thyme from my garden. The spinach one is a creamed spinach. The mushroom one is sauteed in a white w**e.

Please stop in and pick up some of my sweets as well as a delicious savory quiche. Bon Apetite!

Les Creations d'Abigail will be back at the Mercantile on Wednesday after a week away, with some restocks as well as new items.

There will be a limited quantity of several different varieties of mini pies. Along with that there will be a limited quantity of one of my newest creations: Petite Quiche.

I will also be introducing some items for "National Hispanic Heritage Month", in honor of my heritage.

This is just a reminder that the pumpkin pies are available until Saturday. They have a shorter refrigerator shelf life. I made them with more detail than the last batch, they have the pretty leaf details.

I also wanted to let you know that this will be the last week that they are available at the current price.

There will be a price increase on the pumpkin pies going forward. My apologies for this, but they were underpriced from the beginning.
