Card appreciation post for the day ;
I have TOTALLY dropped the ball. I want to share my appreciation of art, cardboard, and all things Pokémon. Instead I’ve gotten too caught up thinking I should be providing a service. Thinking “does anyone gain from this” is not the right mindset for Pokémon. The real question should be “Who else APPRECIATES this?”..

Okay;

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. Wanted to touch back in!! Will have some more custom Pokémon shirts in this next week and will upload the ones available for purchase onto the website! Looking forward to them finding good homes (even if most of them end up in my closet lol). I’ve got 2 pics to share today. The first is a hilarious screenshot of ChatGPT. Chat has a new and improved “Memory” function that I think will be of great benefit. If you click the “Try it now!” option it will star a chat with the prompt “Describe me based on all our chats — make it catchy!”. I got a kick out of what it has to say about me.

The second thing is my most recent trade — I got 2 of my favorite new cards for my personal collection. They are just for looking at, nsf/nft. Enjoy ❤️

🚨 New Logo Design 🚨

We loved our original logo—it got us started,—but really that's all it did. It was time for something that felt more authentic.

Pack Chasers was built on a love for Pokémon, and we have rushed headfirst into the world of Japanese Pokémon Cards. Our fascination with Japanese culture runs deep, and when it came time for a new logo, we knew we wanted something that reflected that.

Enter: **The Origami inspired Pokéball.** 🏮✨

Inspired by the art of Origami, this design represents more than just a clean, fresh look—it ties directly to what we do every day. We sell cardboard, Japanese cardboard at that, and what better way to represent it than a Pokéball styled after Japan’s most iconic paper craft?

This isn’t just a logo. It's the new iteration of our company as we find our space in this crowded Pokémon content filled arena. A refined, sleek, modern evolution of what Pack Chasers is all about. We are happy to have found a design that "feels" right early on in our journey.

The chase never stops, and now we’re doing it with a look that fits us like a glove. It's less busy, nostalgic, easy to recognize, and we love it. We hope you do to! (Maybe there's a better place to put our name though? or should we just get rid of the "Pack Chasers" from the logo?)

Alright, let’s fu***ng go.

Paldea’s journey is finally coming to a close, and man, it feels like we’ve come full circle. Over the past few weeks, we’ve thrown hands with Meowscarada, Skeledirge, and Quaquaval in the latest 7-star Tera Raids—bringing us back to the very starters that kicked off this wild-ass adventure.

And what a ride it’s been. From tearing through Paldea’s open world for the first time, to getting our asses handed to us in Kitakami, to the absolute madness at Blueberry Academy—Scarlet and Violet have been a hell of an era for Pokémon. Love it or hate it, Tera typing completely changed how we approach battles, shaking up competitive play in a way I have enjoyed more so than any dynamic before it.

I’m sure we’ll get some more special raids here and there, but this? This feels like the final boss before we officially turn the page. No matter where Scarlet & Violet rank for you, they’ll always stand out as a game-changer for the franchise. Obviously, it’s not over and we still have (totally guessing here) probably a year before we get Gen 10. But still. Seems to be coming to a close.
