✨ Something beautiful happened at Maria’s Farm last night… ✨
Under the September sky, surrounded by our lavender fields, we gathered around one long table for our very first Farm-to-Table Dinner. 🇮🇹🌿
And what an unforgettable evening it was.
Chef Ernesto and his wonderful team created a delicious Italian dinner made with love, while fresh, organic vegetables from Adam’s Farm brought the flavors of our local land to the table.
But the evening was about so much more than food.
It was about people coming together.
Some guests were celebrating a wedding anniversary. ❤️
Someone was celebrating a birthday. 🎂
Some came with no special occasion at all—simply to slow down, enjoy a beautiful evening, and be together.
And one lovely couple joined us before leaving for Italy in just two weeks. 🇮🇹
It made me think…
How often do we truly stop and celebrate life?
How often do we sit together over a beautiful meal, listen to music, watch the evening settle over the fields, and simply enjoy the people beside us?
And how often do we get to have dinner in a lavender field? 💜
These are the moments I dreamed of creating when Maria’s Farm began—not simply a place to visit, but a place to feel, connect, celebrate, and make memories.
Thank you from my heart to every guest who shared our table.
Thank you, Chef Ernesto and your wonderful team, for bringing Italy to our farm.
Thank you to Adam’s Farm for the beautiful fresh and organic vegetables.
And thank you to everyone who helped make our first Farm-to-Table evening so special.
Our first dinner is now a beautiful memory…
But we will meet around the table again.
Next year, Maria’s Farm will take you to France for a very special French Farm-to-Table Dinner. 🇫🇷🥂🌿
Until then, remember to celebrate—not only birthdays and anniversaries, but ordinary days too.
Because being together, sharing food, laughing, loving, and having another day to enjoy this beautiful life…
that is already an occasion worth celebrating. 💜
With love from the lavender fields,
As Always,
Maria
