Started in 1967 at 1020 Chestnut Street, Knit Wit is one of Philadelphia's oldest, independently-run, local boutiques featuring American and European designer clothing and accessories for women. The store carries Helmut Lang, Jil Sander Navy, Autumn Cashmere, Fuzzi, Haute Hippie, A.L.C., Alexander Wang, Paul Smith and denim like J BRAND, AG, Closed, Levi’s Made and Crafted and Citizens of Humanity.
