Today, Chiron moves to retrograde bringing a shift in perspective. You might be heart-hurt today, feeling a sense of struggle in relationships, feeling an inability to communicate or collaborate well, maybe just not feeling cooperative or able to work like a team with others.

But this might actually be a good thing, because it is time think about who it is you want to be, and... to get there.... how it is you want to heal. It is time to really, consciously decide where you want to spend your energy.

If we can focus on regulating our nervous systems and relaxing into a sense of self-love that is born from truly appreciating and caring for ourselves, we can ride that self love through the lion's gate; turning our healing into power.

Tourmaline is your gentle friend for these times. The energy shielding and piezoelectric healing is the right tool in the chest. Black,🖤 of course for grounding and protection. But right now, the greens 💚 and pinks 🩷to activate the self-loving heart center, regulate emotions, and blues💙 to speak them out.

In my meditations this week I have mulled my own suffering and relief from same. After some time pondering my life and, more importantly, what would make it better the answer came: sovereignty.

Free from the judgements of others and self, free from ideas of what is right for me, free from control. Diving deeper, I think of the words of John de Kadt while pondering a blade of grass, "Could I stand like that?"

Could I be free? Could I live a sovreign life of my own design? My answer is that not only could I, I should. And here could be the joy Ive sought.

Im reminded of the story of Kwan Yin, a defiant princess that went up into the mountains to escape her controlling and abusive father who even ordered her ex*****on. Until she created a medicine to save him by sacrificing her own hands and eyes. The act of which transformed her into the Avalokitesvara, to take compassionately the suffering of all beings.

I see her riding the dragon, a symbol of anger, storms and fire, an elemental force of nature, ridden (and saved) by her in her calmness. And...

Could I stand like that?
