Here’s his backstory:
In a cemetery, on the outskirts of town, lives a skeleton named Fred and his little dog, Femur. Each October Fred and his family venture into the neighborhoods to spook and scare children, but something inside Fred makes him want to make children laugh and not be afraid of Halloween frights.
Fred and Femur meet a friend who was all afright. Follow along on this adventure where Fred helping a friend not be afraid of Halloween nights!
