Robertson Hollow of Marion

06/22/2020

I am sad to announce that after our temporary closure, I have made the tough decision to permanently close our Marion location. Our team is comprised of the most amazing, hard working people, but unfortunately it is not feasible to maintain both shops without the addition of another floral designer.

Our Rural Retreat location is booming and it's been decided to keep our focus and workforce there to keep operations running smoothly.

Please stay tuned for details about a closing sale as there is TONS of merchandise that needs to be liquidated.

As always, we will continue to service the Marion area for both floral and catering needs from our Rural Retreat location and we'd love for you all to join us for lunch during the week as well!

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of the Marion community and hopefully we can keep our presence in Smyth County.

It is with much sadness that we bid farewell to our friend and coworker, Ty Rosenbaum. It’s been an awesome year, but he’s decided to move on to new ventures and we wish him all the best. You’ll be missed!!

As for our Marion location, we’re here to stay and in the meantime, I’ll personally be in the shop to fulfill your floral needs.

Please stop by, say hello and let me meet all the wonderful people of Marion. I’m definitely in unfamiliar territory and look forward to getting to know you all.

Things will be looking a little different around the shop in the coming weeks as I add in new designs and lots of new inventory. So, please stop in to see all the changes happening at Robertson Hollow of Marion.

Wednesday lunch specials are still happening and as always we offer full service catering and custom baking through Robertson Hollow of Rural Retreat. If all goes smoothly and business grows, I’d love to open a bakery here as well! Please help us grow and add more great options to downtown Marion!

I’m super excited to be here and can’t wait to see lots of new faces!!

For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Wednesday’s special, the Hamburger Horseshoe, let me explain.

From the great state of Illinois, the horseshoe consists of a toasted slice of our homemade bread, a beef patty made with the freshest local beef from our friends at Laurel Springs Farm topped with crinkle cut french fries and covered in cheese sauce.

It’s a Midwest favorite, but we think you’ll love it too! Give it a try!

Stay Safe. Eat Cake.

Seems like a good week for chocolate cake, so I thought it’d be fun to offer our 3-layer, 8” round chocolate cake for $25.00+tax (regularly $35.00).

Give us a call in Rural Retreat (276) 686-4881
Or in Marion at (276) 378-5616

Please allow 24 hours notice for pickup at either location.

Thank you!
