Good 🥵Afternoon Everyone….
Here’s the week’s menu. Last week was heavily French focused, this week more Italian & Greek.
Plat tonight is roasted lamb pita with accompaniments, pasta is angel hair with truffle cream sauce (truffles I brought back from France), beef is Sicilian spiedini with amogio sauce & the fish is tuna tartare…similar to what I made last week when everyone asked if I’d make it a permanent menu item. The temperature is up there, but the humidity is not. Hope to see you tonight!
