“Grit & Grace is a curated community boutique offering newer, high-quality clothing, shoes, and bags. Boutique proceeds help support local children, young adults, and families, while a discreet voucher program ensures community members facing hardship can access quality items with dignity.”

✅ We are currently seeking:
New and Gently used, high-quality clothing in inclusive sizes
Professional and interview clothing
Teen and young-adult clothing
Quality shoes and boots
Handbags, backpacks, and work bags
Accessories: Wild Rags or Twillys, Belts, Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings
200+Velvet/wood hangers with metal hook
4 Clothing racks
2 Full-length mirrors
Hair-on-Hide
Mannequins and display forms
Wine/beverage refrigerator (small)
Small Espresso machine
Garment steamer
Rolling clothing racks
Clear storage totes
Tag and label printer
Kraft or White solid color gift bags
White tissue paper
Tack: worn and weathered
Reliable volunteers:
Painting and cleaning
Printing and signage
Financial sponsorships
Gift Cards: Home depot/Lowes/Ace/Coast

🚫Items We Cannot Accept:
Stained, torn, damaged, or heavily worn items
Items with smoke, mildew, pet, or strong perfume odors
Outdated or poor-quality merchandise
Used undergarments
Broken shoes, bags, zippers, or straps
Items outside the current clothing, shoe, and bag requests

✨Something beautiful coming to Mariposa....
We're excited to introduce Grit & Grace, a new nonprofit boutique with a purpose.

Grit & Grace is being created to provide our community with a unique shopping experience featuring quality donated clothing, accessories, shoes and other treasures - all while making a meaningful difference.

But that's only part of the story....
Grit & Grace will provide a place where those facing difficult circumstances can shop with dignity, find professional clothing for job interviews and access opportunities that help build confidence and independence.

The boutique will also open to the public several days a week because everyone deserves the chance to move forward with a little confidence and sometimes that starts with the right outfit, and a welcoming smile. 👗👛

We're just getting started and we'd love for you to follow along as we transform this vision into reality. We'll be sharing renovation updates, sneak peaks, volunteer opportunities, donation information and more.

Because, With a Little Bit of Grit & Grace amazing things can happen. 🤍
