A customer called us in with a Samsung stacked washer/dryer that wasn’t running right and kept throwing an error code. Our tech diagnosed it on site a defective drain pump. We ordered the part, came back a few days later to install it, and the unit is back up and running like new.

Stacked units can be tricky, but our techs handle them every day. If your washer is showing an error code or won’t drain, give us a call before you replace the whole machine a repair is often all it takes.

This GE wall oven was acting up and would not pass the preheating phase.
Power was good. Elements were good. Wiring looked clean. That meant pulling the unit and going in through the back panel, which is where the thermostat lives on this model and sure enough, that was the problem.

Bad thermostat means the oven never gets told to fire. Looks fine, does nothing.

New one in, back panel closed up, oven reinstalled, tested hot before we packed up!

Sold, delivered, installed.
This brand new Miele dishwasher was part of a full kitchen upgrade our team handled recently, right alongside a new GE range and a GE Cafe double oven. Same job, same crew, one seamless day.
A lot of customers only think of us for repairs, but we sell and install too, including high-end brands like Miele, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, and Dacor, right alongside everyday names. We were called out to this Freehold home to fix the customer’s range, but once we got into it, the repair just was not cost-effective and the unit’s condition was only going to keep declining. Rather than sink money into a stove on its way out, we helped them get into a brand new GE range instead.
From there, we made the whole process smooth and easy. We helped pick the right replacement, delivered it, hauled away the old unit, and had everything installed the same day.

Customer Bosch Dishwasher Installation ✅

Our customer had a 20+ year-old Bosch Dishwasher that lasted a long time for them. When it crapped out it was time to make a switch. We were able to use the custom panel that they had on their previous dishwasher and put it right on their brand new dishwasher. Cheers to 20 more years of reliability and German engineering

We just completed a smooth upgrade for one of our longtime customers, swapping out their trusty 20+ year old Miele dishwasher for a brand new model

We handled the full installation, including minor stuff to pull hoses through and plumbing adjustments to perfectly fit the new unit into their existing kitchen setup. Everything lined up beautifully.
