Vermont Distillers We are a small family run distillery in Marlboro, VT. We produce liqueurs as well as hard spirits.

Come in and sample our products, take a bottle to go or stay for a cocktail. You can enjoy the views of Vermont, Massachusetts and NH from our back deck.

There’s still plenty of pleasant weather to enjoy a cocktail on our deck! Perhaps the appropriately named Back Porch, our take on a half & half iced tea & lemonade.

OR mix one up to enjoy on your own porch using our recipe!

“Back Porch”

- 1.25 oz Metcalfe’s Peach Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Metcalfe’s Vermont Honey Bourbon
- 3 oz lemonade
- 3 oz unsweetened iced tea

Combine ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge & a fresh mint sprig.

🪕 Live music on Saturday from 3-6pm with Ragged Blue and drinks flowing all weekend!

“Northern Exposure”

- 1 oz Catamount Gin
- 2 oz Metcalfe’s Vermont Maple Liqueur
- 3/4 oz lime juice

Shake ingredients with ice until well chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve!

Did you know that Metcalfe’s Blueberry Liqueur was originally created for the Vermont Blueberry Festival!? This year’s festival is currently underway and events are taking place throughout the Deerfield Valley all week. We suggest celebrating the flavor of the season with a Blueberry Lemonade Spritz!

“Blueberry Lemonade Spritz”

- 2 oz Metcalfe’s Blueberry Liqueur
- 4 oz lemonade
- squeeze of lemon juice
- prosecco to top

Combine liqueur, lemonade and lemon juice in an ice filled glass. Top with prosecco and serve with a lemon wedge and fresh blueberries to garnish.
