We will be open this Saturday from 9:30 am until noon. Pictures of current inventory won’t be posted until late Thursday or Friday morning.

On a more somber note, last week our community lost a dear friend, Greg Cummings in an automobile accident. Many of you know Greg as he worked at the Marlow Lumber Company for 40 years and had just recently retired. I’ve known Greg and his precious family nearly my entire life as they were our neighbors and friends out at Bray. Greg leaves behind his sweet wife, Sonya and son Cody.

We are organizing a fundraiser to benefit Sonya and Cody. Sherri Maxwell with a Touch of Bliss is helping put this together, plus several great friends. More details will be posted as we get everything worked out. This is what we’ve got planned so far:

Sunday, October 4 th from 11 am until 2 pm we will be serving taco soup, beans and cornbread for lunch at the Bray Community Center. We also will be having an auction . All proceeds will go to Sonya and Cody.

I was totally blown away today by the love and support you guys showed me. You all are the most awesome, kind, and thoughtful bunch of friends a person could hope for. I hope you felt as special today as you made me feel. Also, congrats to all the prize winners. Can’t wait to celebrate everyone in…. Hmm how about 5 years? Who wants to wait another 10?

Special thanks to all of you who graciously volunteered to help with the event. I couldn’t have done it without you. And to all my friends and family who disguise themselves as customers , thank you. You know who your friends are when they’ll show up in this extreme heat, 😝, some drove almost 3 hours just to celebrate with us. I am beyond blessed !

Side note: Can’t wait to finish off Donna Chapman’s cookies , Carlann Miller’s apple butter , and the 10 Zero candy bars from Tamma Foster. Once I consume all that I’ll need to take a hot bath with my Skinny Pig soap made by my bff Trena Whitefield , then take a nap and lay my sleepy head on the beautiful pillow Sherri Maxwell made for me.

Celebrating 10 years! Take a look at the amazing inventory that will be available this Saturday, August 29th ! We will be open from 9 am until 12:30 pm..
