We've been working hard behind the scenes, and we're excited to finally share something new!

Our Gluten Friendly Pasties are now available at Lawry's Pasty Shop in Marquette!

We'll be honest—they aren't the prettiest... yet. We're still perfecting the recipe and technique, but one thing we can confidently say is... they're absolutely delicious!

Made with Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flour, these pasties are crafted with care. However, because they're prepared in a kitchen where wheat flour is used daily, they are not gluten-free certified and will contain trace amounts of wheat. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy, please keep this in mind.

Available:
• Half-baked & frozen to take home and bake when you're ready.
• Hot & ready to enjoy with at least one hour's notice.
• Shipped nationwide in 8-packs! At this time, our gluten friendly pasties cannot be mixed and matched with our traditional pasties in the same shipping order.

"Hello!

We have ordered pasties delivered to us in Massachusetts several times over the last year. Really great pasties and they always arrive in good condition.

We recently had to move my father to a skilled nursing home. He grew up in Negaunee and went to Northern Michigan University in Marquette. He enjoyed your pasties with friends while at the university and in the years since when visiting Marquette/Negaunee. He is now 87 years old.

Also, I remember visiting my grandparents in Negaunee as a child and enjoying Lawry’s pasties at picnics around Marquette. I am now 58.

Yesterday, my mother and I cooked some of your pasties and had a picnic with my dad at the nursing home. He really enjoyed.

Attached are some photos of us enjoying the pasties. The photos are from Yesterday’s picnic and also in November 2025, when my son, Cody, joined us. A family tradition!"
