My youngest client to commission artwork !
A couple weeks ago, a mom from Pittsburgh reached out to me to let me know that her second grader wanted to commission me to do a piece of art for her. Her request was that I draw a penguin on skis. I love that she was brave enough to request whatever she wanted without worry or hesitation! Mom asked how much she owed me. My price for this particular client is a returned piece of art made of anything of her choosing, for me to hang in my art studio. I enjoyed doing this little drawing and knew she would appreciate this just as much as any other client, receiving my art. Creativity comes in so many forms. I hope this little one will have the courage to always choose the kind if creativity that makes her happy, without hesitation! I’m even sending her a certificate of authenticity, so she knows that she has a one-of-a-kind piece of art 🫶🏼
