At this time we will be moving forward with selling certain suppressors under 4473 to qualified customers. Please read the details below.

After much debate, review and counsel we are moving forward with selling suppressors sourced from certain suppliers to customers with certain coverage under the injunction.

To get a head of most of the questions around this we are currently working with Silencer Shop and only Silencer Shop and will sell to Silencer Shop customers. We understand that there are other companies and organizations that are covered under the injunction, but until those groups can thoroughly explain how their relationship with vendor, FFL, and customer are adequately protected under the injunction we will not use them. Again we have to protect our business first and foremost.

I took this from another gun shops post but they said it best. We and many other shops feel the exact same way. Please be patient with any shop that you deal with. They are getting slammed from every direction right now.

Like many dealers, we are still waiting for clear guidance from our IOI and the ATF. There are still serious unanswered questions regarding the administrative and compliance side of transferring suppressors on a 4473.
We are strong supporters of the Second Amendment, but protecting those rights also means making sure we operate within the law.
Moving forward before receiving clear guidance could put our FFL, our business, our employees, their families, and my own family at risk. That is not a gamble we are willing to take.
We understand everyone is anxious for answers. So are we. But until we receive clear direction on how these transfers are supposed to be handled, we will wait.
This isn't about being afraid to stand up for the Second Amendment. It's about making sure we're still here tomorrow to continue serving and fighting for the fi****ms community.

We will move forward when we know we can do it correctly, legally, and without unnecessarily putting people's livelihoods at risk.
