MARKET STREET MALL RENOVATION

Market Street Mall is undergoing a major renovation beginning in 2015. Customers will be able to see and drive right up to the door of their favorite retailer. A 98 unit apartment building and a 64 unit hotel branded with a flag will be developed in outlots of the property. Pad sites will be available for free standing restaurants and retailers with drive-thru and patios available. The parking lot will be repaved and landscaped connecting to the adjacent Affiliated Community Medical Center (ACMC), and creating an entire live, shop, play, work, stay environment. Space Available:
