Hello to all of our wonderful clients new and old! We hope you are having a wonderful summer! Its been awhile since we have posted any updates and we are overdue for sharing some information about our online booking.

We know there has been some frustration with our unavailability to answer every phone call. We truly do our best, but have been busier than ever and with our booking system it can also take a few more minutes than it used to! We always take messages and try to respond in a timely manner. We thought it'd be appropriate to inform you all as well if you are new with us and do not yet have a profile in our system, it would be so helpful if you did that. Then in looking for an appointment add yourself to our waitlist. The waitlist is for all customers new and old. It allows you to request a certain stylist/dates/times that would work best for you. This helps tremendously as we can then assess the schedule before calling you. This is also is a great tool for us when we have a last minute cancelation. It makes the whole process go smoother for all!

We do our best to make time for all of you, and most of us prebook 80+% of our clients 4/6/8/12 weeks out. This also helps guarantee your appointments and keeps the whole salon running smoother, if you havent tried this... most people have no regrets!

We will continue to do our best in serving all of you..please dont give up if you miss us on the phone! Leave a message, add yourself to the waitlist or pop into the salon to schedule! We appreciate you all and are so blessed to do the job we love ❤️
