🚨 BIG NEWS FROM MID CITY APPLIANCES! 🚨

Yes… we're moving again! 😅 But this time, we're moving for a pretty exciting reason!

Over the past several months, we've had overwhelming demand from customers asking us to get closer to the Eau Claire area. We've listened, and when a business opportunity came along that put us in a position to do exactly that, it was an opportunity we simply couldn't say no to!

We're excited to be making the move to a new location that will put us closer to even more of the customers who have supported us along the way. ❤️

We're working through the details of the move now, so there will be a little bit of chaos before everything is completely set up. 😂 But don't worry—we're not going anywhere!

Today we're taking the day off to celebrate a very special milestone for our family—our son's baptism. 🙏

Family is incredibly important to us, and we're grateful for the opportunity to slow down, spend time together, and celebrate this special day with the people we love.

❤️ This One Hits Close to Home. ❤️

This isn't just another fundraiser or another family asking for help. This one is personal.

We've known this family for years. We went to school with Jeffery's father, as well as his brother and sister. His great-grandmother was also one of our educators.

I've personally spent many evenings around their dinner table, sitting around their fire pit, and hanging out in their basement. This is one of those families that would do absolutely anything they could for you without hesitation.

Now it's our turn to help them.

First and foremost, we're asking everyone to pray for young Jeffery and his family. He has a long road ahead of him, and right now, this family could use a few miracles.

If you're able to donate, please know that your contribution can do more than help with medical expenses. It can give his family the ability to spend more time by their child's side without having to worry quite as much about the bills piling up at home.

Sometimes the greatest gift you can give a family going through something like this is the ability to simply be there.

😂 This one might be my favorite customer story yet!

We were contacted about servicing an older gentleman's washer and dryer. After talking with both him and his son, the son decided that instead of repairing the older machines, he wanted to surprise his dad with a dependable used washer and dryer set with a warranty.

Here's where it gets good… 🤫

Apparently, Dad has always been pretty tight with his wallet, so the son didn't want him knowing about the purchase. He bought the set from us and had us sneak the new-to-him appliances into the house while Dad was distracted! 😂

We won't be there for the big reveal, but we're already taking bets on how long it takes Dad to notice something has changed. Will he notice immediately? Or will he do laundry for a week before realizing he's been upgraded? 😂

Either way, we absolutely LOVE being part of moments like this. Sometimes we're not just selling an appliance—we're helping a family do something special for someone they love. ❤️
