Store Policies

• RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH RECEIPT: Purchases may be returned only if item is in original new condition (not worn or used), must include all original tags, boxes and packaging for a full refund when accompanied by original receipt.
• PURCHASES AFTER 30 DAYS OR WITHOUT A RECEIPT may be returned for a store credit only at the discretion of store management.
• DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE- We are happy to issue a merchandise credit on defective merchandise within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and with the store manager’s approval. We are unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer.
• SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE is final sale. Returns are not accepted.
• HOLIDAY THEMED ITEMS are not eligible for return after the Holiday.
• PERSONALIZED & CUSTOMIZED MERCHANDISE is final sale. Returns are not accepted.
• CUSTOM ORDERS must be paid in full at time of order. All special orders that must be shipped to us or shipped by request of the customer will incur a shipping charge, at the responsibility of the customer.
• GIFT CARD PURCHASES are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• REFUND METHOD- Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions: Returns made with gift receipt will be refunded as a merchandise credit. A Manager approved return without a receipt is eligible only for a merchandise credit for the current selling price. (Please Note: When a gift receipt is presented for the return, the refund will always be in the form of a merchandise credit.)
• We accept cash, major credit cards and personal checks. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
