The goat has been found. Thank you to everyone that tried to help.

Attention Mart Citizens:

Al Hartz is missing one Boer Goat. The goat went missing this past Saturday night, August 1, 2026, in the area of Willie Young Rd and S. Carpenter St. If you have seen the goat please contact Mr. Hartz at 817-320-0801. Mr. Hartz is offering a reward for information leading to the return of the goat.

Attention Citizens:

S Pearl at the intersection of S Pearl and E Ross is closed until further notice due to a safety issue with the culvert there. The area has been blocked off, and the City is working to repair the issue.

We have a risk of heavy rain with slow moving storms this afternoon and Tuesday. There is a risk of flash flooding in our area during this event. City crews are out inspecting waterways/drainage to remove any debris that may block water flow.
