Me encouraging our staff that it's 100% OK to have fun at work and make jokes on TikTok.
Also informing McKinley and the crew that if Madison comes in all the way from Oklahoma, she is subject to a 15% Hater Tax pending further review. We hope that she will not incur a higher percentage. This is purely based on future hater performance. Hopefully the pending 30% will not have to be applied to her account.
Good luck out there, and hopefully, drinking locally roasted and brewed coffee will help everyone calm down and not take things so seriously.

Come see all of the new plants and the work Ava has been doing outside the front of the shop. It’s really starting to feel like a secret garden :)

The next major project is working on the back of the buildings.

Simmons saves the Soybean Parade!
Wow!
This is another reminder of what can happen when people and businesses decide to pull together for the good of the community. Through their actions, Simmons Bank showed that it is worth the cost and sacrifice to save the tradition of us gathering together and celebrating what makes this community great.
Martin’s Grassroots Soybean Festival is really starting to shape up!
Vendors will start being confirmed in the next 2 weeks. Artists will be booked soon. Updates on the businesses that have supported saving the tradition of our community gathering together are all coming soon.

It’s watering day at the plant shop today!
We are so excited to have over 300 plants coming in this week! Ava will keep you posted as all the new inventory comes in and is priced.

Also, we want to give a shout out to our next door neighbor for having a great opening last week. It’s amazing to think that now you can get coffee, plants, and books all within 15 steps of one another!
