WE DID IT. And when I say “we”… I mean ALL OF US.

Guys… we’re here to stay. 🥹❤️

I’m not going to lie, we had a scare.

And y’all know me well enough to know that I would NEVER go to the lengths of actually asking for help unless I truly needed it. Putting that out there was hard. Admitting that we needed our community to show up was even harder.

But y’all didn’t just show up…

Y’ALL SHOWED OUT.

$1 Days were absolutely INSANE. And then Saturday… y’all kept going.

You shopped. You shared our posts. You tagged your friends. You waited in that ridiculous line. 😂 You told people about us. You encouraged us. You reminded us exactly WHY we’ve worked so hard to build The Memory Exchange.

And it worked.

Because of YOU, we made our goal, got the push we needed, and freed more hangers than we could possibly count. Seriously… LOOK AT THEM ALL. 😂 Apparently, the kids are now in charge of hanger inventory!

WE’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE.❤️

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully explain how it feels to watch a community rally around something you’ve poured so much of yourself into. The Memory Exchange has never been just a store to us, and this weekend proved it isn’t just a store to a lot of you either.

So, from Mark, me and everyone at TME:

THANK YOU. Seriously.

We have work to do. We have changes to make. And we learned A LOT over the last few days. 😂 So we will be CLOSED Tuesday and Wednesday to recover, reset and prepare for what comes next.

After all the LABORING we’ve done lately, and ESPECIALLY after the absolute madness of this past week 😂... we’re taking Labor Day very literally.

The Memory Exchange will be CLOSED for Labor Day so our little flock can enjoy a much-needed day OFF. 💙🩷

Our feet hurt. Our backs hurt. We’ve folded approximately 47 million pieces of clothing. 😂

We love y’all, we appreciate y’all, and we’ll see you after we’ve had one glorious day of NOT laboring.

Okay, guys, yesterday was CRAZY busy, so we’ve made a few changes to help today’s sale run more smoothly!

1️⃣ PLEASE park across the street! Parking in the complex was outrageous, and if you pull in, you may have trouble getting back out.

2️⃣ Please avoid bringing strollers. Y’all know how limited our space is! If you’ve never baby-worn before, let one of us know so we can connect you with Danielle from Augusta Baby-wearers!

3️⃣ Please use the sorting station! Before checkout, separate your clothing into stacks by barb color—all pinks together, all purples together, and so on. You can stack the color groups on top of one another afterward; we just need each color grouped together. This will make checkout SO much faster!

4️⃣ If there is a checkout line, it will run straight down the MIDDLE of the store. Please follow the signs and avoid forming a line along the walls so everyone can continue shopping.

📍 WHERE TO FIND THE $1 GIRLS’ CLOTHING:

* Newborn–6M: First girls’ aisle, where they’re normally located, in clearly labeled sections
* 6/9M–2T: In their respective regular size sections
* 3T–4T: Back counter area
* 5T/6: Front of the store
* 7+: in the BOY aisle

I’m always here for you guys between buying items from you, looking out for your requests as with many other things, but the truth is these last couple of months I haven’t had enough people here for me.
