Our Military Veterans Appreciation fishing tournament was a great success thanks to our sponsors and participants ! Being able to partner with my good friend Kenny Newborn , to be able to help him fulfill his dream and mission of honoring our military heroes, and the Red Cross, was an honor and privilege and the most enjoyable task. The last three months of chasing this dream paid off in spades! Also want to thank Mike and Dorothy Tarrer, who’s Georgia Bass Trail , ran the tournament like a “well oiled machine”!!
Once our final tally is in we will be dividing up at least $15,000 to give to the charities. Can’t wait for next year!

Hoping to put together a group of military or civilian motorcycle riders to do a "Rolling Thunder" drive thru at our Military Appreciation Bass tournement next Saturday morning at Wildwood Park at Clarks Hill. Hoping for 6 bikes with flags to arrive at our sunrise flag raining and national anthem service. Call Larry Lesser at 706-399-7228 with questions.
