Organized, teachable, and ready to grow with a company? Work alongside the owner to help keep schedules, follow-ups, project information, and progress reports organized. You’ll also support customer communication and sales follow-through.
This is a learning-focused role. You’ll learn and use our artificial intelligence systems every day—with human review, accountability, and respect for confidential information. You don’t need to know our systems on day one, but you do need to accept feedback, check your work, and keep improving.
HYBRID SCHEDULE
Roughly 3–4 days on site around Martinsburg as needed, plus approximately one remote day per week. This is not a fully remote position.
COMPENSATION
We’re developing a package combining base pay, commissions for closing sales, and performance bonuses tied to completed operational goals and organized progress reporting. Specific terms will be discussed during hiring.
