Just a reminder, if you're having remodeling done, we are able to do things in phases. This phase was to fill in flooring from previous wall and cabinet areas, to get things ready for the new cabinets and walls to be installed/built. We will be back in October to Sand and Refinish the entire 1st level of the house.

Customer requested the Pine Wood Subfloor be refinished and chose a 1/1 mix of Red Mahogany and Rustic Beige DuraSeal Stain and Bona Traffic GO Satin Finish. Client also requested multiple repairs, including modifying and rebuilding the lower staircase landing.

Note: Multiple options are given to every client. The client ultimately chooses which options they wish to go with. We always encourage clients to put a Harwood Floor down on top of the subfloor. If they don't wish to, then we suggest going with a medium to dark stain to help camouflage the imperfections of the subfloor and any old pet/spill stains.

If they don't wish to, then we suggest going with a medium to dark stain to help camouflage the imperfections of the subfloor and any old pet/spill stains. This client chose not to have anything done except refinishing the subfloor with clear/natural.
