Whiteside Evergreens has been growing trees in Ohio since 1979 by Allen Whiteside. Allen has a wealth of knowledge and experience in bringing out the best landscaping designs. Whiteside Evergreens is inspected annually by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. Our trees are freshly cut to provide you with the best Christmas trees around. Our trees vary in sizes from apartment size trees to 16 ft trees.

Lots of people ask us what are the differences between the different evergreens that we offer… hope this is helpful! 🌲 Here is a litte more about our freshly cut trees.

**Canaan Fir- Strong branches which are perfect for hanging ornaments, softer needles and has a great fresh fragrance.

** Fraser Fir- Offers great needle retention, a flat like needle and this type takes a longer time to grow (10-15yrs)

** Concolor- Citrus like fragrance, has a gorgeous soft blueish/green needles and sturdy style branches which are perfect if you hang heavier ornaments.

** Douglas Fir- It’s one of the most popular Christmas trees because it’s a fast grower. It has more flat, soft needles.
