Absolutely not being snarky, so do not take it that way. We are not being mean-spirited, talking down to anyone, or trying to be rude in any manner.
If you have a question about a piece from one of the videos, give as much detail as possible in your question.
We are so busy with our full time jobs, pouring, cleaning, firing, glazing, packing items, shipping pieces, trying to keep up with social media posts and comments.
We do not have time to watch the 4 minute of 11 minute videos to try to see what mold we revealed in that video or what items were pulled from the kiln in that video. Sometimes I can’t remember what I glazed, yesterday, so rarely am I going to remember what we fired 3 months ago in that video or what we poured 2 weeks ago in that video.
Since we’re always busy doing something and can’t keep rewatching videos, the more details given to us in the question gives you a better chance of receiving a response to your question. We don’t like not responding to those questions but when we don’t know what piece you are asking about, it’s hard to give an answer.
In most videos, we give mold numbers and brands (if we know them), so a lot of times your answer is in the video. A lot of pieces that we buy and don’t have the molds for tend to not have the mold on the piece, so we simply do not know. Thanks for understanding.
