As we celebrate Labor Day, I want to take a moment to personally say thank you to everyone who continues to support Dixie Union Station.

For those who may not know, I am the sole owner and operator of Dixie Union Station. This truly is a one-man operation. From helping customers in the store and answering the phone to buying collections, filling online orders, shipping packages, and keeping the shelves stocked — I do my best every day to keep the trains running.

I especially appreciate those of you who understand that sometimes that means you may have to wait a few minutes while I’m helping another customer or taking care of something behind the scenes. Your patience and understanding mean more to me than you probably realize.

Running Dixie Union Station this way allows me to keep our costs down and focus on what matters most, offering our customers a great selection at the best prices I can. I’ve always wanted Dixie Union Station to be a place where people can enjoy everything that makes the model train hobby so special.
