Soaking up the last little bit of color in the garden while we can. 🌸🍂 It’s starting to feel like fall, so we snuck in a few pictures among the flowers tonight. ❤️

Of course, Landon had his own ideas for the photo shoot. 😂💕

Last year.. I could cut buckets and buckets of dahlias every couple days. Over winter I lost about 80% of by dahlia tubers while they were stored away from too much moisture, and freezing temps (my fault)

This year.. it was so hot all summer with little rain, and today was the first bucket full of dahlias I’ve had all year!

It’s crazy how different each season can be, and it’s all up too Mother Nature and being very disciplined on getting this planted on time and having the correct infrastructure.

Anyways… I’m so happy to have a bucket full of dahlias this morning! 💐 Happy Sunday everyone

These bouquets are probably my favorite so far those year! The cinnamon basil fills the room with fragrance, and the sunflowers are so bright and happy!
