This week will be our final run of crawfish for the month of June. We will be closing for the next 2 weeks after and will assess availability when we return July 6th.

We are accepting orders now until Wednesday at 3 for FRESH, LIVE, Southern Lousiana crawfish.

Wash/Purge All soils and foreign materials as well as any dead are removed. As well as sand under gill plates (purged). Purged crawfish does not mean purging digestive tract. Sold by the sack and half sack. Washed sacks are weighed to 30lbs.

Field Grade is sold by the sack and half sacks only. Sacks will range in weight 28-34 lbs

Selects are washed off and mechanically separated and are sold by the sack, no half sacks at this time. Sacks are 26-29lbs average. Can be purged for additional price. Prices are as follows and are subject to change.
