Salt of the Earth Seed Company We are a seed company growing and supplying rare heirloom vegetable seeds from the North Fork of Long Island in conjunction with Invincible Summer Farms.

All seed we offer is currently being grown by Invincible Summer Farms in Southold, NY. Future partnerships with other farms will also have farm of origin labels because we believe you should know exactly where your seed in coming from. The seed we offer for sale is the same stock for fresh vegetables we produce that is being eaten and enjoyed by our customers, fine dining establishments and proces

sors. Meaning, we grow fresh produce, hear feedback from customers and chefs, and then save the seed from outstanding, rare varieties. Moreover, we do not use any GMO, hybrid (F1), seeds with PVP's or patented seed for sale. All seed is open pollinated or heirloom and made to be freely shared and improved upon as humans have been doing for centuries.
