Shingles❗️
These are factory seconds. We’ve been using them for years for our other business with great success. There may be slight variations in length or color so buy 10% more than what you need.
We choose to buy Owens Corning Duration specifically because they are the nicest shingle available that we can make available for $23-25/bundle. They are normally lifetime shingles and have the synthetic surenail strip running through the center of the shingle that significantly improves the wind resistance.
These are ‘Estate Gray’ Color.

$24/bundle (25-100 square)
$23/bundle (100+ square)
Bulk discounts are factored on ‘lifetime’ numbers as an additional thank you to return customers.
Forklift on site if you wish to pickup. Delivery available at additional cost.
Mattoon Markdown is a building supply wholesale purchaser/retailer that was started with the sole purpose of buying the material we use for our other business at wholesale prices. Our other business buys what it needs off each truck and resells the remainder back to the public at cost + holding costs. We offer bulk discounts to those who help us get our working capital back quicker. We do this with multiple material types. Shingles, vinyl flooring, mini splits, siding, plywood, tile, etc.
