🏈 THE VET HOBBY SHOP KEEPER FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE 🏈

Think you can build a championship roster that lasts more than one season?

The Vet Hobby Shop is launching a 12-team keeper fantasy football league with football cards making up the entire prize pool!

LEAGUE ENTRY

Each manager must contribute one football card valued between $45 and $55 at the time of the draft.

Card values will be determined using recent verified sales from sources such as eBay sold listings and 130 Point.

All entry cards must be approved before the draft and will be securely stored in a safe location until the season is complete.

PRIZE POOL

The league will feature approximately $600 in football cards, with all 12 entry cards awarded to the top three finishers:

🥇 1st Place — Playoff Champion
Receives first choice of 7 cards from the prize pool.

🥈 2nd Place — Playoff Runner-Up
Receives the next choice of 3 cards from the prize pool.

🥉 3rd Place — Regular-Season Points Champion
Receives the remaining 2 cards from the prize pool.

The regular-season points prize will go to the team with the most total points scored during the fantasy regular season.

If the Playoff Champion or Playoff Runner-Up also finishes first in regular-season points, the third-place prize will go to the highest-scoring regular-season team that did not already win a playoff prize. This ensures three different managers receive prizes.

KEEPER FORMAT

Each team may keep up to two players from its previous season’s roster.

A keeper will cost the manager the draft pick one round earlier than the round in which that player was originally drafted.

Examples:

* A player drafted in Round 8 would cost a Round 7 pick the following season.
* A player drafted in Round 3 would cost a Round 2 pick.
* A player drafted in Round 1 cannot be kept.
* An undrafted free agent would cost a Round 10 pick.

A player may be kept for a maximum of two additional seasons after the year they were originally acquired.

If a manager keeps two players with the same draft-round cost, one keeper will cost that round’s pick and the second will cost the next-earlier available pick.

PROPOSED LEAGUE SETTINGS

* 12 teams
* Full PPR scoring
* Snake draft
* One quarterback
* Two running backs
* Two wide receivers
* One tight end
* Two flex positions
* One defense/special teams
* Six bench positions
* One injured reserve position
* FAAB waiver system
* Trade deadline during Week 11
* Six-team playoffs
* Playoffs held during Weeks 15–17
* Top two seeds receive first-round byes
* Commissioner review of trades with no league vetoes

IMPORTANT RULES

Managers must remain active throughout the entire season and field a competitive starting lineup each week.

Any abandoned team may be managed by the commissioner to preserve the competitive integrity of the league.

Keeper rights remain with the franchise, not the individual manager. If someone leaves the league, the replacement manager takes over the existing roster and keeper options.
