We’re getting closer and closer to our very first Maple Market, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring this event to life! 🧡

This event is all about supporting our local community and the talented small businesses that make it so special. Come shop small, discover something new, and show some love to our local makers!

📣 Vendor Update: Vendor applications are officially CLOSED at this time! We received an amazing response and are so thankful to everyone who applied. We’ll be announcing our official vendor lineup very soon, so be sure to follow along and stay tuned! 👀🍁

🍁 The Maple Market Vendor Update 🍁

We have been absolutely blown away by the amount of interest in The Maple Market! Because we’ve received so many wonderful applications, vendor applications will officially close tonight at 7:00 PM. If you’ve been thinking about applying, this is your last chance!

We also wanted to let everyone know that, due to life getting a little busy (as it sometimes does! 😊), we are pushing back our timeline for acceptance emails. All acceptance emails will be sent out by July 4th.

We sincerely appreciate your patience as Amanda and I carefully review every application. We want to create a well-rounded market with a great variety of vendors, and that means taking the time to thoughtfully go through each application.

Thank you all for the incredible support and excitement surrounding our very first Maple Market. We truly can’t wait to share our final vendor lineup with you and bring this event to life this October! 🧡🍂

First off, WOW! The response to The Maple Market has been incredible, and we’re so excited to see our vendor list continue to grow. Thank you to everyone who has applied so far! 🧡

As we continue reviewing applications, we wanted to let everyone know that we are currently well represented in crochet, sweets, food, embroidery, and sewn goods. While we are still accepting applications in all categories, we would especially love to see more:

✨ Men’s products and gifts
✨ Body care and skincare vendors
✨ Candles, soaps, and self-care products
✨ Face painters and family-friendly activities
✨ Vendors offering something a little different!

We also want to make everyone aware that we have unfortunately had our first encounter with a scammer. Please remember that Maddi Harris (YarnMama 🧶) and Amanda Hayes (Cozie Crews) are the ONLY organizers and points of contact for The Maple Market. We will never ask for payment through anyone else’s account, and any official communication will come directly from us or The Maple Market email.

If you ever receive a suspicious message regarding the event, please reach out to us before sending any money.

We’re so excited to officially introduce The Maple Market, a brand-new fall market coming to Fallen Timbers Mall in Maumee on October 24, 2026!

Created by your two favorite local small business owners, Maddi from YarnMama and Amanda from Cozie Crews, The Maple Market was born from years of attending markets, supporting fellow makers, and dreaming of creating a cozy fall shopping experience of our own.

Our goal is to bring together handmade businesses, local vendors, seasonal shopping, and community for an unforgettable fall event.
