Checker Distributors was started in 1948 by Bob and Del Krieger. We now offer over 125,000 products and more than 1,000 brands. We are the world’s largest supplier of quilting and sewing products. The independent shop owner and online retailers are our target customers. Shop owners are very busy running their stores, teaching classes, etc. Checker offers them a true one-stop shopping and a website
with all the tools to check stock availability, the status of backorders, review old invoices, etc. Support from our customers has put us out front and we thank them. In the tradition of over 70 years in business, we recently expanded our facilities to provide even better service. We have experienced large increases in growth because of proven reliability, innovative technology, and many years of serving the quilting and sewing industry. To keep up with the growth, we are completing major warehouse automation renovations throughout our entire facility to include more mechanization and the latest technologies to increase productivity.
