C&M Acres Alpacas and Fiber Mill C&M Acres Alpacas and Alpaca Products We operate a fiber processing mill and raise alpacas in central Iowa. We offer animals for sale, breeding, etc.

We can process the fiber from most species of animals and make a wide variety of products for you. From roving, batts, cored yarn and yarn to rugs, blankets, saddle pads, animal coats, and a wide variety of other products. We have a variety of suri and huacaya alpacas on the farm.

We can process your fiber into a variety of items and finished products. From cored yarn, insoles, saddle pads, rugs and pillows to yarns, lap throws, shawls, and scarves.

Our current turn around time for first in, first out is just about a year. We also have slot reservations to guarantee your processing time.

We will be at the Wisconsin Sheep and Wool Festival in Jefferson, Wisc September 11-13th. Next weekend. We will gladly. Collect your fiber there and bring it back to ave you shipping if you want. Just private message us so we don’t miss anyone!

Wisconsin Sheep and Wool Festival is coming up fast. September 11-13th in Jefferson, Wisc.

We will be vending at our normal spot in the Activity Center building. We will have yarn, rugs, scarves, throws, and of course, sheep coats

We will also be picking up fiber for processing if you want to bring it to the show to save money on shipping. Please Facebook message me so we don’t miss anyone. We are currently working on first in, first out fiber under a year out.

We let all the moms and babies together for the first time this morning. Crias range from a few days old to almost two months old.

Other than a brief period of confusion of who belonged to who it was one of the most settled families introductions we have done.

Our cria so far this year. All have been born early but healthy.

The dark brown(Bullwinkle), the fancy brown/white(Norman) and the light grey(Charlie) are all males. The mostly white with brown spots on head, feet and side is the only female(Lucy) so far.

Still waiting on 3 females to deliver.
