As most of our customers know we closed our Mayfield Kentucky location on 11/15/2024. Most v**e shops will be forced to close in Kentucky because of the new law in effect January 1 2025. Please take time to click the link below for more information. The Law is limiting sales to products that have received authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or have a “safe harbor certification.” The move, which aims to curb youth va**ng in the state, is forcing businesses to reduce their inventory and select from a limited list of approved v**es. The list has around 34 products that have been approved. The to***co industry has lobbied for this bill as it will kill v**e in Kentucky and open up the territory for the to***co companies once more. Most v**e shops will only have about 4 or 5 products they can sell. They can't stay in business with only a selection of 34 products.
