Webb’s Year-Round Resort is the ideal place to spend your Chautauqua Lake vacation. From comfortable lakeside overnight accommodations to fine dining, on-site candy factory, shopping, miniature golf, and unprecedented lake access, Webb's Year-Round Resort has something for everyone. Webb’s Hotel provides 51 guest rooms, offering choice of two double beds, king beds, and a luxury balcony suite, as

well as rooms with fireplaces, private balconies or whirlpool bath. All guest rooms have air conditioning, private baths, hair dryers, and cable television. Webb’s Hotel boasts an indoor pool and hot tub as well as a state of the art miniature golf course. A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning at 7:30am. Webb’s Candies, located on the grounds, offers its famous Goat’s Milk Fudge and delicious handmade chocolate confections. All of Webb’s chocolates are hand-made using copper kettles, wooden paddles and marble slabs. Candy factory tours are offered, affording guests an opportunity to learn the fascinating process of lollipop and chocolate making. Webb’s Captain's Table Restaurant, also located on the grounds, overlooks the shores of Chautauqua Lake and provides fine dining seven days a week. World renown Chautauqua Institution, a hub for performing arts, lectures, interfaith worship, and recreational activities, is also just over a mile from Webb's Resort. In fact, many of Chautauqua's famous performers stay at Webb's Resort due to its amenities and convenient proximity to Chautauqua Institution. Webb’s Resort is situated on the shores of Chautauqua Lake, making it perfectly suited for the boat and lake enthusiast. Chautauqua Marina, located directly across the street from Webb’s, offers daily boat rentals and lake access. Webb’s is also short walking distance to beautiful Mayville Lakeside Park, which provides a free boat launch, ample picnic areas, a large children’s playground, and tennis and basketball courts. Ice cream shops, diners, and other fine dining establishments are also all within short walking distance. Webb’s Candies and Resort is a third generation family business started in 1942 by Paul and Nadine Webb.

The village is fortunate to have a group of exceptional individuals who have invested considerable time and effort into creating this remarkable day. I would like to formally thank the 4th of July committee, a team of about 7 dedicated members who work tirelessly behind the scenes. Their fundraising efforts throughout the year are crucial to the success of this event. I would like to extend my gratitude to Rita Jacobson, Rick Syper, Beth Sacilowski, Kimberly Henry, Bert Rosage, Laurie Gilbert, and Tommy Cole for their invaluable contributions. These individuals are driven by their love for the village, and their selfless dedication is truly inspiring. Tommy Cole, thank you for your service. Not to mention back up this morning cleaning up!
